A technical knowledge of your own MTB and how to ride it forms the foundation for gradually mastering all types of excursion and this is why we organize courses teaching the mechanics of the ever more technological MTBs, and riding techniques for all types of terrain, for adults and children at all levels.

Our three learning tracks at Dimaro and Mezzana on the valley floor and Folgarida at high altitude, include tarmac sections with marked courses and obstacles of various types, and a gravel section closely simulating what will be encountered on our excursions.
